Delivery time is different than shipping time. All orders are subject to a processing time of up to 3 business days (M-F). NO Saturday deliveries available.

Needle Jack Tattoo Supply is located in the beautiful state of Montana
We ship only to the billing address of the card holder.  For PayPal accounts we ship only to the confirmed address on the account.  If you are residing at a new address and your old address is still associated with the account - when we run your card, our software will automatically reject the card.  We only ship UPS within the continental United States.  If you are in a location that does not accept UPS, you will need to call and notify us as we will attempt to send your order through USPS.
  1. If you refuse a package after a shipment is made you will not be refunded.  We will simply restock your unopened package.  We DO NOT give refunds.  Please understand there are NO REFUNDS.  So please make sure you think before you refuse the merchandise you paid for.
  2. If we cannot verify that you have ordered with us before, your package will be shipped to the billing address only. We will make no attempt to contact you as we have been over this many times.
  3. If merchandise is damaged, You must contact us within 48 hours after shipment is received otherwise we will not issue a replacement. There are NO exceptions!
  4. If items are missing or incorrect from what is ordered you must notify us within 48 hours after your shipment so that we can fix the problem. Otherwise you will not be resent so called missing or incorrect items.
  5. We do not waive signatures on packages. Somebody must sign for the merchandise on all orders shipped from us.
  6. If you change your mind after you refuse your merchandise and want us to resend it - we will charge your card again for resending your merchandise.
  7. Our shipping costs are calculated on the basis of Shipping Supplies, Stocking, Packing, Employee Wages, and fees imposed by UPS Shipping which include Residential, Delivery Area Surcharge, and Fuel Surcharge Fees.
  8. We reserve the right to charge your card the additional amount imposed by UPS if during the shipping calculation we discover that you were under-charged for a specific type of service delivery.
  9. Foreign countries - we only ship Global Express Mail outside of the United States. 
  10. Our employees use a two verify process to make sure that all contents are included in your order.  Misunderstanding the contents of our website is not grounds for us to send or trade you merchandise.  If you find that your order was short an item or two.  Please notify us and we will repack the original order and weigh the contents again.  We weigh to the nearest .01 of an ounce.  If the repacked merchandise weighs less than what was sent to you on your original order - WE WILL NOT send you out supposed missing items.
  11. Tracking numbers are posted to your account when the order is sent.  It is not our responsibility to update your account with your current email.  We will make every attempt at emailing you your tracking information.  However, we do not have the time nor the resources to track your shipments for you.
  12. UPS Tracking Information can take up to 24 hours to post based off of service delays within the UPS Department.  Please do not call us for tracking information within the first 48 hours of ordering without first checking your email and visiting the UPS website http://www.ups.com
  13. We DO NOT offer Overnight Delivery.  The fastest shipping service we offer is 2nd Day Air.  This is based off availability of product and time that order was placed.  The reason that we DO NOT offer Overnight Delivery is that we need time to process the card. 
  14. It is not beneficial to request for 2nd Day Air if you are within a 3 State Radius of Billings, MT  The reason for this, is because UPS Ground will usually reach you within this area within the first 2 to 3 days.  (this includes items valued at $100 or more)
  15. If you are within a 3 State Radius this does not change the price charged for items valued at $100 or more.  The price for shipping has been outlined above in Section 3 of our Shipping Policy.
